This practice aligns with industry standards followed by OEM-conforming automotive service facilities, especially on today’s complex vehicles.

These scans are:

Informational only

Not diagnostic upsells

No codes are cleared or modified without owner consent

Their purpose is simple:

• Document vehicle condition before service

• Verify no new warning lights or faults after service

• Provide transparency and education to our customers

As vehicles continue to evolve, they believe Rustproofing should evolve with them not ignore them.
